  • The computer must be returned in its original condition, including all packaging, accessories, manuals, and software.
  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged on arrival.
  • Custom-built orders are eligible as long as the system is returned complete and unaltered.

If you encounter hardware issues or receive a defective item, you may initiate a return or replacement within 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • Products must not show signs of misuse, physical damage, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Returns must include all original components and packaging.
